Famous Gardens

The flowers on this page were collected from many gardens: some famous, like The Butchart Gardens, near Victoria, BC; San Francisco Botanical Garden, in Golden Gate Park; and Keukenhof, .in Holland. And some not so famous, like my neighbor's garden; and the flowers outside the Sun House in Ukiah. Many of the pictures that you see of these famous gardens are vistas of endless beds, but I have chosen to paint the individual, unique, flowers, close up and in detail…by the time I've finished, we are old friends!
